What the Rebooking Guarantee Includes:

• Rebook up to 72 hours before arrival – If something comes up, such as a sick cat, a flat tire, or a change in plans, you can easily reschedule your holiday.
• Voucher valid for one year – Receive a voucher that can be used up to one year after it is issued.
• No standard rebooking fees – Rebooking itself is free. However, for a more expensive period, any price differences may be charged. If you choose a cheaper period, the difference will not be paid in cash but as a voucher for a future booking or use at our holiday park.
• Your money is safe – Select a different date and your previous payment remains valid.
