De ligging aan de vijver en ruimte bij het huisje Min punten Prov weg toch veel autogeraas. Krappe slaapkamer. Zware eetkamerstoelen, moeilijk te schuiven. D e kwakende kikkers ' s nachts, maar dat is de natuur
