Hölte is in both Twente and Salland. Our park is located in the municipality of Rijssen-Holten, one of the fourteen municipalities in Twente. Traditionally, Rijssen belongs to Twente, while Holten is part of Salland – and we’re located right in between the two. In practice, that means you can spend the morning hiking across the Holterberg and the afternoon enjoying a drink on a terrace in Enschede, Hengelo or Ootmarsum. Most holiday parks in Twente have either nature or a city right on their doorstep. Here, you have both within half an hour.

From our park, you can walk straight into Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park, with hiking and cycling routes across the Holterberg. Kasteel Twickel near Delden, the artists’ village of Diepenheim, and the Twente cities of Almelo, Hengelo and Enschede are all within a 30-minute drive. Travelling with children? Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is just 20 minutes away. And if you’d rather take it easy, you don’t even have to leave the park: the fishing waters and heated outdoor swimming pool are right here.

Of course, we understand that a holiday is not complete without your faithful four-legged friend. That is why our holiday park has pet-friendly accommodations. Small tip; There are several dog walking areas near our holiday park.
